Dr Olufa is a wonderful clinician caring , and attentive. My critique is for the tardiness. I understand that physicians run behind. I am a healthcare, professional myself, and I see patients all day long. However,
I rushed to the appointment from work, cutting my day short , only to wait an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Again , I understand that things happen;? but the same way
I receive text messages to let me know to wait in my car, Or to fill out my form, Somebody can also text me ahead of time and say “ the doctor is running 30 minutes behind”, Please plan accordingly. This would really go along way .
